House 2 - Country House Apartments

 

Country-style living on balanced 60m²

Our Country House Apartments are perfectly furnished and guarantee you a comfortable and peaceful basis for enjoying your holiday in the Region Klopeiner See – Südkärnten. These holiday apartments Type C 58m² and Type D 60m² with two bed rooms each are intended to accommodate 2 up to max. 6 persons. Holiday apartment Type E 38m² with one bed room is intended for 2 up to a maximum of 4 persons.

 

Apartments Type C and D

 

 

  • Comfortable living- and dining room:
    with a spacious living area
  • 2 bed rooms:
    with cosy double beds and ensure a restful night, deep sleep and a refreshed awakening. Clean bed linen is available.
  • Well-equipped, modern kitchen:
    with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishtowels and of course sufficient dishes, pans and pots
  • Bathroom:
    wash basin, a shower as wells as a separate toilet. Towels, bathing towels and hairdryer are available
  • Further facilities:
    terrace or balcony
    additional bed, cot and high chair at request
    32“ LCD-TV with music channel
    Wireless LAN
    sufficient parking space and bicycle parking directly in front of the guest house
    washing machine upon request

Additional costs: from 4 nights electricity per kWh € 0,45 / Heating  / Tax € 2,20 per person from 18 years / Dogs on demand € 12,- per day / Final cleaning € 55,-   / Short-stay supplement for stays of up to 3 nights in the pre-season and low season: € 3,-/person and night (including electricity)

Apartments Type E

Holiday apartment Type E 38m² with one bed room is intended for 2 up to a maximum of 4 persons.

    with a sofa bed for up to 2 people
  • 1 bed room:
    with a cosy double bed, ensures a restful night, deep sleep and a refreshed awakening. Clean bed linen is available.
  • Well-equipped, modern kitchen:
