Our impressive facility is located **just a few minutes' walk from Lake Klopeiner See** – the warmest bathing lake in Austria. It has a large **heated swimming pool** with shady pergola, changing rooms, sun loungers, parasols, large children's playground... and everything you need to spend unforgettable holidays as a family, couple or active holidaymaker. The holiday park with a total area of 5.000m² is located on the east side of Lake Klopeiner See in a **sunny, idyllic and quiet location**. In the middle of a beautiful garden are our three holiday homes with a total of **17 apartment units** in top equipment.
